View Rewards

After completing a Thrive activity, you may select one of the rewards to be shipped to you. Requested items are subject to availability and may vary somewhat in their actual appearance. Items are shipped quarterly at the end of November, January, March, and May.

For each Thrive Together activity you submit, you will move up one Tier. So, if you complete one Thrive activity, you choose from the Tier 1 rewards. After you have completed two Thrive activities, you can choose from the Tier 2 rewards, etc. If you already have the rewards offered at Tier 2 or Tier 3, please feel free to select a prize from a lower tier.

Tier 2: two thrive Together activities Completed

• Trucker hat (gray or blue)

• Flat bill snapback (black or gray)

• Knit beanie (black or gray)

• Tumbler (black or silver)

• Moleskine journal

Tier 3: three Thrive Together activities completed

• Hoodie (Charcoal Black or Heather Grey)

• Fleece blanket
