event funding: It's on us!

Want to organize an event and have the Foundation cover up to $25 per Scholar attendee? Pick an event from the Big Four event list and have a designated Scholar organizer fill out the funding request form below. A Cooke Foundation staff member will review and respond regarding approval. Plan ahead - you will need to allow 5 working days for approval and events are not guaranteed approval. 

The Foundation will reimburse for actual costs up to $25 (alcohol not allowed) per approved attendee. The maximum reimbursable tip amount is 20%. Organizers will be reimbursed only for the Scholars in attendance at the event. After the event, the organizer will need to submit a post-event form along with an expense report and receipts and the Foundation will reimburse the organizer. Reimbursement forms and all related receipts must be turned in within 30 days of the event, or the reimbursement cannot be processed. Participants are allowed to be reimbursed once per Big Four time period.
